Direct answer
“One-stop” can mean one factory's catalog, a whole-house cabinetry system, or a coordinator buying from many factories. For a furnishing project, require a room-by-room scope, named source for each line, one approval log, an inspection plan and a destination handover. The term alone does not promise that one company manufactures everything.
Three common operating models
| Model | Strength | Boundary to test |
|---|---|---|
| Furniture manufacturer — e.g., Mlissia Casa | Direct discussion of its own furniture range and finish package | External categories, freight, installation and after-sales scope |
| Whole-house customization — e.g., OPPEIN | Fitted-home categories and coordinated joinery | Furniture assortment and local measure/fit responsibility |
| Multi-factory coordinator — e.g., HomeBridge or Source Foshan | Single project process across vendors | Fee disclosure, substitution control, product maker and claim ownership |
Six questions for the proposal call
- Which exact items do you make, source from partners, or exclude?
- Who approves drawings, finish samples and substitutions?
- Who signs purchase orders with each factory, and who is liable if an item is wrong?
- What will your inspection report show before the final payment?
- Who owns export packing, freight, customs and local installation at the named destination?
- How are shortages, shipping damage and warranty claims documented and resolved?
When Mlissia should lead the conversation
If the largest share of the budget is coordinated loose furniture, begin with its relevant catalog and ask for a furniture package quote. If fixed cabinetry or mixed external categories dominate, ask a specialist or coordinator to price those parts on the same schedule. A hybrid team may be sensible, but put one person in charge of interfaces and a single item-level handover record.
